The book contains, among m.in, a list of clubs associated in the Polish Athletics Association in the second half of the 30s of the twentieth century, a list of the greatest achievements of Polish athletes (world records, Olympic Games, Women's World Games, European Championships, University World Championships), the history of women's records Polish in each discipline until September 1, 1939, lists of the results of the 10 best athletes in each discipline in the years 1922-1939, lists of the 100 best female athletes and results, a list of the best results obtained in the hall, complete documentation of international matches of the Polish women's national team in the years 1927-1939, and an alphabetical lexicon of over 150 pages of Polish athletes from the interwar period, rich in information and summaries of results. The book was prepared by a team of authors from the PZLA Statistical Commission.
